Fantastic service! Emma is lovely to deal with and was prompt with all communications. The Fun HQ range is great - the younger kids absolutely loved the ball bit and mini roller coaster at our recent corporate family event. This was the second year we had Fun HQ provide us with hire equipment for one of our events and I'm certain we'll be returning again and again :) highly recommend.

Great service and quick communication. Emma was very accommodating to our needs despite contacting her 10 days before our sons first birthday party. The equipment we wanted was unavailable, but Emma managed to get us another set that suits our needs.She was punctual in both set up and pick up, equipment was clean and in good condition. Babies and 3 year olds had lots of fun, they had a great day.

I saw Fun hq advertising on Facebook marketplace so I tried calling the number to enquire and it wasn't connected. We then tried contacting through email, messenger and instagram and no reply and its been over a week. No where on any sites did it state if Fun hq are still operating or on a break but the website is still set up to take payment.I've since contacted a competitor with a beautiful range of soft play and better pricing and they responded within minutes.

Emma was great in all aspects. Communication, delivery, set-up and right through to the pack-down.I could not recommend Fun HQ enough!Best of all, the kids had a blast!Well worth it!

Our baby and his friends absolutely loved his 1st birthday party and we had so many compliments on the equipment! Emma was just amazing to deal with and found solutions to all every issue we had on where or how to set up the equipment in the space we had. Would highly recommend FunHQ for their professionalism, cleanliness and quality of the equipment and toys!

Hired the Lots-A-Fun" package for my sons first birthday and it was a major hit! My son and his friends loved playing in the ball pit and exploring the soft play space. Even the 5 year olds had a blast playing with the obstacle course and bouncers! The free delivery and collection was a bonus

Emma was a delight to deal with and offered lots of suggestions regarding the best package for my needs! We hired the explorer softplay and ball pit,with 2 bouncy horses for my son's first birthday party on the weekend and it was definitely the highlight of the day, the kids had great fun and the equipment was in perfect condition. Will definitely be using fun hq again!

⭐️⭐️Five star equipment and service!⭐️⭐️I hired the roller coaster, bouncy horses, giant LEGO and soft play Explorer set for my son’s 4th birthday party and WOW the kids had an absolute ball! The luxury of having all these exciting things in our very own backyard made the party a super success with our guests; children and parents alike.The equipment is in excellent condition and Emma provided the most outstanding customer service: super flexible with order alterations and swift communication via email and phone, she was an absolute lifesaver for us and a pleasure to deal with.I would HIGHLY recommend FunHQ for your child’s next birthday party and we will go through Emma again for sure.Thank you so much Emma!

Emma was great to deal with; both her assistance and response was prompt & helpful from the start until the end. We hired the playhouse set for our daughter's party and all the kids loved it! It was worth it, especially if you're after something that doesn't take too much space and suitable for bubs & toddlers.
